This is a question many buyers ask, especially foreign buyers who come from countries where buyers pay a separate commission to their buyer's agents.
You do not have to worry about paying a separate commission to us for representing you because it is customary in the USA for the agents' commissions to be included as part of the purchase price.

Our experience with buyers has shown that buyers want to see anything and everything that meets their parameters. So, if one or several of our listings meet your parameters, they will automatically be included in the search results that will be sent to you from our automated and up to date system.
